Greetings. This is Gary Klugiewicz. The Verbal Defense & Influence Program has been translated into the mental health arena with the Intervention for Patients with Challenging Behaviors Training Program. This is training program for mental health facility, treatment centers, and crisis intervention professionals. Although safety for everyone remains the primary goal, treatment rather than physical control becomes the focus of staff interactions. Here is a question that needs to be addressed.
